Los Angeles, CA — Fonality announces today that Technology Marketing Corporation (TMC) has named Fonality’s Unified Agent Edition, the world’s first plug-n-play contact center solution for Salesforce.com customers, as a recipient of a 2008 Communications Solutions Product of the Year Award.
Fonality’s Unified Agent Edition combines an organizations’ call center phone system data with customer information in their Salesforce.com database.
