Gizmo5 SIP Trunks now EASILY available in trixbox CE
For those of you who don't know about Gizmo, it is kind of like Skype but using open standards. Gizmo allows you to buy minutes like Skype but also allows you to purchase SIP trunks with exceptional pricing. To make setting up Gizmo trunks uber-easy, the Gizmo team has built a module that allows you to purchase your trunks, see your account balance, purchase more minutes, and even can automatically setup your inbound and outbound routes!
This module is now available via the package manager and will be built into all upcoming ISO builds. For more information about Gizmo, please visit: http://gizmo5.com

Before: SQL and Asterisk Manager Passwords were Secure and Changed,
Now: After Gizmo5 Module: Warning about the above two passwords. that they are default...
PBXconfig works as it should, a bit weird about the passwords.
Gizmo5 does not.

The current version in the package manager should be working properly. I was testing things but I have been on the road for two weeks. It should have gone into the beta repo first.
It was Gizmo5 that developed the module so yes, it is a officially endorsed by the Gizmo5 team.

The requested URL /kindex.php/gizmo5 was not found on this server.
AND Gizmo5 Integration is enabled in Module Administration.
What's going on guys?!?

Are you using the Gizmo 1.2
Are you using the Gizmo 1.2 code or the 1.1? I thought this was fixed in the 1.2 code.
trixbox tbm-gizmo5
trixbox tbm-gizmo5 Gizmo5 plugin to trixbox 2.6.1.2-1 installed No Update
Just installed, but it's missing functionality
The Gizmo5 module helps simplify configuration, but I couldn't find any way to tell it that I wanted to configure both inbound and outbound routes manually. It also didn't seem to think that one would want to route inbound Gizmo5 calls without having a Call In number, which was a bit odd, too.
That being said I didn't see any trouble with what I was able to get working. It was nice to see my call out balance, too.
