If you're looking at coding, you might download the source.
If you can narrow down your request, you might get some takers.

Presido, this is a help page for trixbox PBX software. Nobody here is designing CODEC's or any other engineering task relating to voice coding. The folks in this forum don't know an FFT from a BLT. (geek joke FFT=Fast Fourier Transform)
Your posts look like a desperate student with an assignment you don't even know how to start. Why don't you talk to your professor for guidance?
