Using Trixbox v2.8.0.4 on Cent OS 5
There are 3 users that are part of the ring group that answers all incoming calls. But various users are picking up the phones to make an outgoing call they are finding someone on the line that was trying to call in.
Any suggestions???

To be fair, your post didn't include much helpful information either. What type of trunks and or PSTN hardware do you have? Are the users in question in the ring group or not? How often does this issue take place?
