Auto call

Hi, sorry for my english.

I have trixbox 2.8.04 with 4 trunks pstn on digium tdm 400p.
Works well, but i have problem with auto call.
I use auto-call for ups allarm.
When i call internal extension work any problem. When i call number +3904........ not work

My file .call test to internal is:

Channel: Dahdi/1/1008
Application: Playback
Data: ups
end work fine

Channel: Dahdi/1/393456......
Application: Playback
Data: ups
not work, i move ups.call (asterisk owner) in /var/spool/asterisk/outgoing
this is log asterisk from cli:

Attempting call on Dahdi/1/3939989... for application Playback(ups) (Retry 1)
> Channel DAHDI/1-1 was answered.
> Launching Playback(ups) on DAHDI/1-1
-- Playing 'ups.slin' (language 'it')

But the phone 3939989... not ringing.
