When hold time gets exceedingly long I'd like to offer my callers the ability to have me call them back. Something along the lines of:
"push * now and we'll call you back when an agent is available."

"if you would like us to call you at {callerid} press 1, or press 2 to enter a different number"

"please enter the number you would like us to call you at, followed by #"

"you entered 5551212, if this is correct you may hang up and we'll call you back as soon as an agent is available, if the number is incorrect push #"
Then I need the number, and the date and time emailed to me. Is this something that is possible? Anyone interested in helping me out? Thanks in advance,
