Hax Receive Problem

Hi All,

I have a problem to receive faxes on my Trixbox system. I have an inbound route set to receive faxes on DID 116. From the report I am seeing that Trixbox is answering the call and detects the remote FAX unit but immediately hangs up. Here is what I have from the report:

2. 2010-03-23 12:24:37 SIP/10000-... 21347947 "asreceived" in_fax ANSWERED 00:06

Does anyone one why Trixbox would hangup rather than receive the fax please?

When dialing 666 on Trixbox if this is set so on the feature codes should I hear a fax tone? My setup simply hangs up so I am assuming that this is the issue.

Any ideas welcome
