HYLAFAX AND iaxMODEM

Hi,

I have setup Hylafax and IAXmodem after giving up on NVFax. I know I am close to closing this but there is one thing that is still escaping me. My fax extension is not answering. If I run FAXstat on my TB box I get the following when calling the IAXModem Fax extension:

HylaFAX scheduler on server.xxxxx.com: Running
Modem ttyIAX (): Listening to rings from modem

But the modem doesn't answer!

Would anyone be able to point me to cause of this please?

Good morning,

Please provide us with a bit more information.

For example, how does a call get from an outside (or inside) line to the iaxmodem? Do you have a custom destination setup or do you have an IAX extension setup to point to the iaxmodem?
