Having problem with AGI AgentCalledEvent

Hallo everybody,

i'm having a problem with the AgentCalledEvent some how its only triggert when a queue is called. Is it also possible to see it whenever the agent or extension is called?

Any help would be appreciated.

No. The AgentCalledEvent is

The AgentCalledEvent is related to queues, when the queue rings an agent then the event is triggered.
Use the ExtensionState event to monitor ringing extensions.
