Trixbox CE Extension Problems

I have configured my TrixBox CE with multiple extensions(14XX)...we are using this format because these are our previous extensions and would rather not purchase new business cards. I can make incoming, outgoing, and inter-office calls. However, when calling in I am having issues setting up direct dialing.

The first option I say in my IVR message is "If you know the extension of the party you are trying to reach you may dial it at anytime" however this option is not working properly, becuase I continually get the message: "The extension is not valid," but I know it is valid.

Any help on this issue would be much appreciated.

Two things...

1. Move this question over to the "help" forum... you'll acutally get a response there.
2. It sounds like you either have a DTMF issue, (you haven't given any information as to how your phone lines are coming in... T1, analog POTS, Voip, etc...) or you don't have the "enable direct dial" option turned on in your IVR.
