can call OOH323/number@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:1720 and cant call OOH323/number@peername

When dial "OOH323/number@xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" tcpdump shows traffic via 1720 port
When dial "OOH323/number@out323" all circuits are busy and no any activity in tcpdump

BTW in ooh323.conf sample is "ip=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx" here in a samples I see "host=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx". What is correct?
