Call Hangup Problem on FXO Card

Hello All,
I am using Atcom 1600P FXO Card. All is well except this one issue. When I add "busydetect=yes" to /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf and when I make an outgoing call this delay occurs when the called party picks up the phone but I can still hear the rings for next 10 seconds or so. When I remove "busydetect=yes" from /etc/asterisk/zapata.conf then when an incoming call is ended by the calling party the channel still remains busy for around a minute. I am using zaptel 1.4.1, trixbox 2.6.2.2.
Is there any workaround for this issue ?
