Hi all,

We are having a persistent problem with our Trixbox set-up, whereby a phone at a remote office drops its outbound calls every 20 seconds. Inbound calls work fine, but for outbound, after exactly 20 seconds the call will terminate. This has previously been working fine, and no upgrades have been applied that would cause this issue. This remote site has one VOIP phone (Grandstream GXP-2000), which connects over a LAN-to-LAN VPN between two routers, and watching the status of this LAN-to-LAN VPN shows that it is not running slowly, or losing its connection between the sites. One side of the LAN has the range 192.168.0.0/24 and the other side of the LAN has the range 192.192.192.0/24, however this is not NAT and operates via routes so NAT issues with SIP can probably be ruled out. We are running Trixbox 2.6.2.1.

Any help would be welcome in troubleshooting this persistent and annoying issue!

Thanks
