I am using Trixbox 2.6 connected to a single SIP line through Broadvoice. I am also using a Linksys SPA921 phone. Everything was working fine last week.
Today, I tried dialing into the PBX from an outside POTS line and all I hear is silence. My default inbound route points to an IVR where a caller can enter an extension number to be transferred or access the phone book. The strange thing is, if I dial my extension, my phone does ring! I tried changing the default incoming route to a busy signal and I don't even hear that. I tried rebooting the whole server and I receive the same results. So why isn't my PBX answering properly? Strangely, as I am writing this post, it started to work again. I dialed into my PBX from an outside line and the IVR picks up! What is going on here?
