Custom IVR

Hello

I am trying to figure it out how to do fallowing scenario:

Incoming number is coming to IVR: message "thank your for calling ble ble .... if you know your party extension dial it now if not press 0 to talk to operator"
I would like that IVR be active for 10 - 15 sec after that if no any choice is taken call should go to ring group. I don't see such option in IVR.

Could you please advice how to achieve that?

At the IVR option, in the

At the IVR option, in the same way you create a option 1,2,3...., create a 't' or 'i' (I dont remember which one is) option for ring group thats means if the caller dont select a option go to a Ring Group.
