Hello I hope someone can help..

I am trying to install a cyberdata paging gateway on Trixbox CE 2.8.0 and have read all the post on the proper config and still no luck. All I get when dialing the extension is "Call Failed"

I have made the changes to qualify=no and nat=never

If someone can PLEASE help me I would greatly appreciate it.. (also if there are some logs I can pull that may help please direct me on how to obtain them I am only a few days into the Trixbox)

The manual read page 20 and futher
Also this document is nice :

Thanks John, Sorry and yes

Thanks John,

Sorry and yes that is the correct model cyberdata gateway. I have scoured there web page and my setup is identical to how they instructed it to be setup. I have also attempted emailing them several times with no reply. Like I said the unit is setup identical to how they say to and I still get the call failure message. I posted here as a last resort after spending many hours trying to get it to work. Any other suggestions would be appreciated.. I know there must be some logs that may point me in the right direction but I am not familiar on how to pull them,,
