Error code 401 can not log in to server

Anyone get this error i just set up Trixbox and tried to configure a PAP2 and get this 401 error unauthorized transmitting no nat.
I have the server in a colo facility and tried to set up the PAP2 from home....
Any help would be greatly appreciated
