Hi
I seem to be getting 404 error when trying to dial a extention or an external phone number on my phones and have tried everthing
also when I look under pannel the phones are showing as yellow not green

The phones are not registered. We need more information. What trix and what phones? Do the extension (SIP user) and secret match?

Thanks for your reply I have managed to get the to get the phones to registered seemed to be an network cable but still not able to dial out We are using Grandstream GPX 2000 and Snom 320 yes all the the extension (SIP user) and secret match.

Can you consistently ping the phones from the trixbox?
I think you have network issues.
