does I need to configure for anything refer to fax-out if the fax-in is ok? with pstn line and TDM card plus fax machine? Currently I am using trixbox 1.2.3 for the system and fax machine is connecting to FXS port. I have tested it the fax in is working fine.

in the zap conf you can set the direction of fax detection.
you might want to add an outbound dial route
1|XXXX. (or what ever you need)
Then when sending faxes over copper lines, enter 1 as the prefix letting asterisk know you want the copper and not the VOIP lines (if your using them)
