Hallo,
i have 2 server diffrent :
1) Trixbox 2.2.12 with sangoma A200 and 4 Fxo
2) Trixbox 2.4 with Rinoh with 4 analogic Fxo
all my Fop start good but when i check them from home some hours later, i see all the led flash green and red.
Can someone help me ?

The Flash Operator Panel runs a flash program. This flash program connects back to the server component to get the current status. Or at least tries to. This is where your problem lies.
To _remotely_ access FOP you need to get access to this FOP server port (default 4445 I think). For example, if your asterisk is behind a router you'd also need to forward this port to your asterisk box.
However...if it was me I'd think twice about opening up ANY FOP or web access to your asterisk server. If you absolutely need access to this remotely connect over a vpn.
