How to enable CallWaiting on all extension

I noticed that there is a CallWaiting module on Freepbx. What is this module for? Is this to set Callwaiting for all extensions? Is CallWaiting active a default setting for added new extensions?

Callwaiting is disabled by default and you can activate it in your "Extention Options"..
