How to lock outcoming call to PSTN?

I have a server Trixbox, with 100 extensions. I want lock 10 extensions outcoming call to PSTN. How to lock outcoming call to PSTN?

Google 'FreePBX Custom Contexts' the module is unsupported, however it works fine.
