I am having an issue with the audio levels of my IVR recordings. I have tried various fixes that i have been able to find around to fix it but none have helped so far. Just to give an idea of what I have done so far I will breifly list them
I have tried doing my recordings at various volumes and bitrates with no change
I have tried to manually replace the files after uploading incase the upload process was compressing the file somehow
I have tried the zaptel.conf edit's for gain ( though these are sip trunks the IVR hits)
Pretty much everything I could find was related to those three but I have to say that I didn't find anything that the person actually came back saying that it was solved just possible fixes which I now seem to have exhausted
If someone is able to assist me with this matter I would greatly apreciate it
