Menu settings (Dropped Digits)??

Has anyone had issues with the menu seeming to drop digits that user are entering. If this was the only occurrence I would write it off as user error but I am getting more reports than this having occurred.

I have tried dialing in myself and mashing the buttons as quickly as I can and still get through, the only way I can recreate is to type in one number and sit for about 5 seconds.

For instance I have a user at 103 that someone tried to call and they got the 'invalid extension' message.

When I grep the message file here is what I get:

Jul 31 12:03:18 VERBOSE9222310 logger.c: -- Invalid extension '13' in context 'main' on Zap/1-1
Jul 31 12:03:18 VERBOSE9222310 logger.c: -- Invalid extension '10' in context 'main' on Zap/1-1
Jul 31 12:03:18 VERBOSE9222310 logger.c: -- Invalid extension '1' in context 'main' on Zap/1-1

Any ideas on settings to try would be greatly appreciated.

Regards
Bart

You have to enter the digits within a specified number of seconds. If the timeout is five seconds and your users are taking 10 seconds to enter the required number you would get the problem you describe.
If this turns out to be the problem the solution is trivial; increase the value of the timeout. Users with swift fingers can always press the '#' key to terminate their input without waiting for the timeout.
