Multiple Language Queues

I have a need for two queues, one for English calls and the other for Spanish. I have created both of these queues and they work well. My problem is that the volume of English calls is greater then that of the Spanish, so I have my Spanish receptionist logged into both. This is actually working quite well except that this person has to log into two different queues. Is there any way to route the Spanish calls to this person in the same queue so that they would get sent only to that extension and still be in the one queue?
