No more call recording???
Just reloaded our trixbox system with the latest version and my call recording feature no longer works. When I dial *1 during a call I get nothing. When I dial it from the phone directly, meaning not on a call, it says "This feature is not available".
I am running on analog lines with HWEC. I can't remember the exact model of the Digium card right now, but it's a TDM400.
Any ideas?
Make sure you have the settings under that extension set to record always or on demand. Had the same issue before with one extension, could not record, found out it was set to never.
It is set to On Demand.

any fix for this? I have experienced the same thing with my extensions checked for on demand, and the general settings *1 enabled.

Check your general settings/Asterisk Dial Commands
If call recording is working you can see it toggle on and off in the CLI.....
