online modules are not conecting

My dns is working and could ping other domains

Is it down :http://amportal.sourceforge.net ?

i am getting an error:

Warning: file_get_contents(http://amportal.sourceforge.net/modules-2.1.xml): failed to open stream: Connection timed out in /var/www/html/admin/page.modules.php on line 445
