This might be a FreePBX issue, and not sure which place to turn to.
Here is the dilemma.
When I was running 2.4 TB, I was able to dial in on an inbound call that routed to an IVR extension # while the IVR was speaking or waiting for input.
Nothing has changed (other than I retyping everything in) and that I am not running 2.6.1
I have an outbound route with for example:
30XX
31XX
45XX
71XX
72XX
73XX
88XX
89XX
When I try to dial 7310, I get "you have dialed an invalid extension"
This use to not be an issue, and when I would dial something with the above rules, the calls would be treated as such.
It seems as the IVR no longer allows you to "direct dial" extensions anymore.
Is it perhaps broke? Or did something change that I need to be aware of?
BTW if I dial an extention that is vaild within the PBX, it does go through. This only applies with routes that need to go out on the T1 which ultimatly leads to a another PBX.
Thanks
