Problems with line hangup detection (Sangoma card)

Hello all,

I have a Sangoma card where we have 8 FXO ports.

When a call comes in it goes into a queue. However if the remote caller hangs up the call stays in the queue. The line does not get hungup.

I found the following link

http://www.asteriskguru.com/tutorials/resolving_hangup_detection_...

but I'm a bit confused.

Is the country code only set in indications.conf or should it be set somewhere in zapata.conf as well.

Do zapata.conf settings need to be in a relevant section(under a heading cuch as trunks or channels?). If so where should
hanguponpolarityswitch
go?

Thanks

As mentioned elsewhere (by

As mentioned elsewhere (by me) it doesn't seem to be the card but the fact that the call had been directed to a queue.

When the call is in a queue the line hangup is not detected. ( have also seen this with voicemail)
When the call is diverted to a ring group, the line hangup is detected.
