I am getting the caller id sent to my cisco phones correctly but the number comes up as number@my server ip. Does anyone know how to remove that last part of the call info. I would like to just have the number displayed. Thanks.

This happened on an old Cisco firmware version for the 7940/7960. I'm thinking it may have been 8.2, but that's only from memory. Update to the latest and it will fix your problem.

I upgraded to the latest that was available from the cisco site I will look tomorrow and see if there is an upgrade. I am using the 7960 phones thanks for the help
