Is it possible to report the number of rings before a call was answered?
From a managerial perspective, I would like to see if an employee is answering his or her phone quickly enough.
Has anyone thought about this?

we use a combination queues and queue tracking software to get stats like that. It's called queuemetrics http://queuemetrics.loway.it/
