Ok, I have sipgate all set-up and it works a treat for incoming calls. Outgoing calls are another matter!
I can dial free number e.g. 08001690199 absolutely fine
Other chargeable number – no way!
I either get a wonderfully un-helpful message saying “An error has occurred – Please try again” from sipgate or the phone rings (but not on the other end e.g. the called party) and I eventually get a message saying “all circuits are busy – please try again later”
What the hell is going on – no wonder sipgate’s service is bad, no one can make calls that make them money!
