System Status page won't load

I'm not sure how to even trouble shoot this.

I started with a fresh iso install of 2.6.0.7. In the packages I added polycom phones, hud server, and hud admin. I added the free g729 codec. I installed some basic modules including voicepulse's auto configure module.

I'm not sure when the page "broke", but everything else works fine. I can receive and make calls. All our trunks register fine. I was using 2.6.0.5 before. It was working fine but I switched from a RAID 5 to a RAID 1 setup (I needed the drive for another server) so I decided to start fresh since our setup is pretty basic.

I know the system status page did work at sometime. Just not sure at which point it broke.

Does anyone have some ideas on where I should start? I have been testing asterisk/freepbx/trixbox for the last 3-4 months, but am admittedly very much a beginner/noob.

Thanks for any help.

Sorry about that... It

Sorry about that...

It looks as if it is loading up but the upper info box times out and gives the following:
"Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage

Most likely causes:
You are not connected to the Internet.
The website is encountering problems.
There might be a typing error in the address."

With Firefox it is the same thing, it says it is waiting for 192.168.0.200 for couple minutes or so but then says done (in firefox's status bar). The top window is just blank.

All the drop down menus work fine. Everything looks fine except the missing gui status info.

Enable the Beta Repo from

Enable the Beta Repo from the repositories module, then go to the package manager and install the updated tbm-GUIcore and see if that fixes it.

I forgot to mention that I

I forgot to mention that I had done that already because I had the HUD-admin issue with it before. So I actually installed it before I did the HUD installs.

None the less, I checked anyway. It doesn't have the option to updgrade. It is at 2.6.1.0-1

Well I tried uninstalling

Well I tried uninstalling tbm-GUIcore thinking I would reinstall it hoping it would fix the problem. BAD IDEA! After much headache and help from this post: http://www.trixbox.org/forums/trixbox-forums/help/web-gui-trixbox

I have the GUI back up and running including the updated beta tbm-GUIcore. The System Status page still lacks the gui status.

Any other thoughts??

May be your internet connection...

My (VM P4) 2.6 CE install will update the system status page immediately if connected to the internet. If not, it takes about 6 minutes to update. Go figure???

Status Loop

Started having this problem last night after installing some maintenance. If I go to
http://192.168.0.4/maint and enter the uid/pswd, The screen draws up, the tabs are there but the lower part of the screen is blank except that it says System Status Version: 2.6.1.0. It's sitting there right now waiting for data to be transferred.

I remember some beta things waiting to be installed. Is it possible that some things were promoted from Beta status to actual last night, because There were things in my to be installed list last night that weren't there earlier. About 3 of them, I think.

Just to update this, I ended

Just to update this, I ended up re-installing. I tried to do the steps exactly as I did before to recreate the problem, but I couldn't. It all works fine now.

I did see some updates to be installed. I'm a little leary of it now...

sip show peers may be part of the problem

I too have this problem after installing 2.6.7 and then running the updates. Everything worked fine on the System Status page. Then I restored my FreePBX back and I've found a problem. It seems one of the commands that is being called is
rasterisk -x 'sip show peers'

When executed from the command line I get a long pause after the line:
105 sip peers [Monitored: 0 online, 105 offline Unmonitored: 0 online, 0 offline]

On another working box, when I execute that same command I get an instantaneous response.

Kerryg, does that help explain anything?????

I was also getting a VERY

I was also getting a VERY slow load on all these pages on 2.6.0.7. FreePBX would not load at all and only System Status was showing from the trixbox pages.
I had to restart the httpd service for the Asterisk Info page to show. Whenever I tried FreePBX, it stalled the service again and I had to restart httpd again. I had to access FreePBX so I rebooted the system and now everything works fine.

Interestingly I've found

Interestingly I've found that if I remove 1 sip extension so I only have 104 'sip show peers' works fine.

I tried the same 105 extensions in a VMWare test instance and it worked fine. So I'm suspecting DNS or something.

System Status Page Won't Load

Crud, my system status page won't load again. Says it's version 2.6.1.10 at the bottom of the page. Looks like it's waiting for to be updated, it says waiting for 192.168.0.4 (my internal IP address for the Trixbox). Then after a couple of minutes, it times out, and says done in the corner of the screen. Any fun Log's I should look at?

I have the same issue now.

I have the same issue now. Since we ran YUM UPDATE this weekend, it appears that all other pages are working fine but the default system status page when you login doesn't display the info, just the header and footer.

Anyone have a fix or suggestion?

The system status version shows v2.6.1.3
but the footer versions shows v2.6.1.10

EDIT: New info...this is what I am seeing in my /var/log/httpd/error_log file:
