I saw a similar problem here (http://www.trixbox.org/forums/trixbox-forums/help/trixbox-28-queu...) but not quite the same so I am opening a new thread.
I have a TB2.8 which, after the last update (on 18/9/09) seems to have its queues ring strategy broken.
I have two queues with 3 static agents each with fewestcalls and roundrobin strategies. They are used as destinations by the IVR. This has been working without problems for years and through many tb versions up to now.
I have now noticed that when one calls into a queue they are taken to music on hold and the script stops there. The caller listens to music indefinitely. The static agents do not ring. If enabled, the caller hears to the 'no agent available' message at some point.
The only way I have found to make my queues work again is to only use the ringall strategy. This way the script proceeds to call dialparties.agi etc. and the agents' phones ring.
Any ideas on how to get this fixed?
