Transfer call to automated extension

I'm trying to set up a way to transfer a caller to a recording. Basically if an agent receives a (common) call he or she should be able to transfer the call to this extension. After playing the recording the call should be terminated. I tried to do this using the parking lot, but the parking lot doesn't play a recording at the time the call is parked.

How do I do this?

Use Ring Group

Transfer the call to a ring group which has no extensions registered.

Set the ring group to play an announcement message

Set the "destination if no answer" to Terminate Call: Hangup
