Transferred calls - no recording

Hi, I'm currently testing my first Trixbox installation. So far so good however I've noticed even though I have set all my extensions to record both incoming and outbound calls when an outbound call is transferred to another extension, the original call is recorded but the follow-on call to the new extension isn't being recorded. Is there a setting I can alter to ammend this somewhere?

Also, recordings are stored at var/spool/asterisk/monitor I'm aware I am able to change this location in asterisk.conf but what do I need to do to change this location to my Windows Server box? Excuse my lack of knowledge regarding all things Linux but I am learning (slowly).
