Am running trixbox 2.6.0.0 and am looking for a way for our users to be able to escape from leaving voicemail and return back to the auto-attendant to make another choice.
Is there a way to do this out-of-the-box ? I haven't seen it in any documentation. If not, any ideas where would be the best place to start looking to customise to allow it ?
You could set this option under VMx Locator on your ARI interface for each ext. For example you could set option 1 to escape out to a ring group which has a fake ext and a 1 second ring time. Then set the Destination if no answer option to your IVR.
The VMx Locater always you to set different options when a calller is listening to a voicemail message.
I tested this on my box and it worked fine.
