Why my PBX settings look like this?

Hi all,
When I click PBX settings, it looks like this:
Index of /adm
[ICO] Name Last modified Size Description
[DIR] Parent Directory -
[TXT] common 17-Dec-2009 01:10 1.8K
[DIR] modules/ 16-Dec-2009 02:04 -
Apache/2.2.3 (CentOS) Server at 10.0.12.101 Port 80

How to fix it? Thanks

Also, whats the output of

rpmquery -s tbm-GUIcore|grep -v ^normal"
