Caller name and Parker not showing up

Hello,

I installed Hudlite on Trixbox 2.6.2.2 and when i park calls i see the "Caller Number" and "Parked On" data but the "Caller Name" and "Parker" are empty. I have the Called Id module installed and i see caller Id information on my phone when people call in, so i'm not sure why it's not showing up on the Hudlite client. How can i get these two fields to show up?
