Hud admin crash

Hi guys.
I have a very strange problem.
First i install hudlite server and process info show that it's ok.
But then, when I install hud admin package, the HUDlite Admin link didn't apeear in Asterisk menu, and in the same time, the links from the System tab disappear. When i click on the System tab there is:

phpMyAdmin - NOT installed

System Info - NOT installed
This tool will give you a large amount of system information including OS and hardware info.

System Maint - NOT installed
This tool will show you the current status of the main processes and allow you to reboot or shutdown your system.

SSH Terminal - NOT installed
This interface allows you to remotely login to your system via an SSH console. This is required to run certain setup scripts and the trixbox-update.sh update tool.

Munin - NOT installed
Munin is a performance monitoring tool that will allow you to see numerous charts and graphs about the performance of your system.

Network - NOT installed
This tool allows you to configure the server/PBX network parameter.

Backup Tool - NOT installed
This tool allows you to backup and restore your system.

DHCP Module - NOT installed
This tool allows you to setup your trixbox as a DHCP server for your IP Phones.

RAID Monitor - NOT installed
This tool allows you to momnitor and rebuild mirrored (RAID 1) drives on the trixbox

Normally i have the links Network, System Maint, System Info and Munin.
I can't understand where is my mistake.
