HUD cant see Outlook

Hi guys

I have installed HUD so we can get caller display.

We currenty get our customer database to create a file that we then import into outlook so all our contact cards are ready in Outlook.

The Problem I have is that when I install HUD it says that I do not have Outlook installed?

I do have it installed this is the problem.

When i try to install the addon it says it cant do it.

And when I go into settings in hud the outlook integration is greyed out.

Can any one shed any light on this as im so close, all i need to do is syncronise outlook contacts and its done.
