hudlite drag and drop to cell phone does not work.

When trying to transfer a call to a cell phone using hudlite I get a dial tone and the call disconnects.

I've have removed the '9' from the hud client.
tried using with are code, without, adding a 1.
If I click on the cell phone it dial out just fine.
