HUDlite Dropping Call when Sending to Voicemail

When I try to send a call to voicemail using HUDlite, the call is disconnected. Below is the asterisk log of an incoming call I was trying to send to voicemail using HUDlite.

It looks like this line " Executing [s@macro-vm:4] NoOp("SIP/sipuser-0961c780", "CAME FROM: 2000 - Blocking VM cause of key: ") in new stack" shows what the problem is. I just can't make any sense of it.
