XLite Softphone and Hud EXT Issue

I have set up a softphone ext on my trixbox. Everything works fine except when I try to call an ext from hud. I try calling anyone of my contacts ext by either double clicking the ext in hud or right click and hit call ext. It calls my softphone and not the ext I clicked to call. If I manually type the ext on my xlite softphone and click call it calls the ext just fine. I would like to just click on a ext on my hud and have it call it. Is this happening to anyone else? My hardphone ext and hud work fine in my office. It is only with the softphone and hud.

It also doesn't work when I click call mobile number or voice mail in hud ext's. If I click email ext it opens outlook and the correct email comes up for that ext. That is the only part that works. I can also drag a call to an ext to transfer and that works which is very strange.
