Hi guys. We're running Trixbox on a Lylix VPS. I have a few modules I need to get built and integrated.

1. I'd like to set up a callback function which will enable the queueing and automating of missed calls. For example, any caller that does not get a response from an agent, or that goes to voicemail, would go to a queue that we would then process via a trigger.

2. Client lookup via external database. As the caller hits our IVR, asterisk will poll our external database and if the client exists, would append data to the CID, confirmation prompt (for external agents), etc.

3. Integration with call reports on our existing database. We are currently seding caller info to our database through an http insert. While handy, it is not as functional as the built in reports.
