We are trying to connect Trixbox 2.2 to our Panasonic KX-TD500 pbx. I have no experience in the Panasonic so I am looking for help. If you have done this, or you have experience with the Panasonic PBX please message me.

It seems that the panasonic td500 has a pri capability so with a pri card you probably can connect trixbox to the panasonic. what kind of usage you have in mind? what kind of connections do you need?

We will initially have about 20 users on our Trixbox and about 100 users on our Panasonic. We want the users of each system to be able to communicate with each other as if they were on the same system, so they can call extensions on either system. Eventually we will phase off of the Panasonic and be completely on the Trixbox. We do want to run either a PRI or just a plain T1 between the systems. I dont really need all the advantages of the PRI so I think the cheap easier way is to run just T1.

I am looking for someone to help me, either via a few phone calls or an onsite visit if possible.
I have a T1 card for my Pana. I need to move some extensions around in the rack, put the T1 card in and do the appropriate config changes. First of all, I dont have the admin software, second of all, I dont know what I am doing and this is a production enviroment running a call center. I cant afford to fool around to try and figure it out.

I am using PRI cards only, but I thing it is not big diference. I can send admin software (11MB) to you but you must have cable to connect.

I have never before try to connect TD500 with trixbox, but I think it must work.

Instead of pricards i suggest you Patton gateways, reliable, rock solid, certified, and sip connection to asterisk.
For pri cards you have to configure properly the parameters.
