I am looking for some help in setting up a call center with Trixbox CE and 10 Cisco 7975 phones. I have setup production Trixbox servers, but this will be my first call center.
I'm able to setup queues and agents in Trixbox, but I want agents to be able to login/logoff with one touch of a button and not have to key in login info. I've played around with some custom extensions floating around on the forums, but none of them accomplish what I'm looking for.
I'm also looking for help in getting BLF to work with the Cisco 7975/7961 phones with the stability needed for a production server. There is some information on the voip wiki about a bleeding-edge solution but it doesn't look ready for prime time.
