Need continued Trixbox CE support in the Wichita, KS USA area

One of my clients found out last week that their phone provider went out of business. I maintain their PC network but I've never had to work with Trixbox and it has been at least 7 years since I've done any linux work. Considering how important their phone system is, I want to try to find them some support channels should there be problems (although the system is currently enjoying a 100 day up time, it has had a history of being problematic).

I'll be happy to answer any other questions but this is what I know:
The server was left logged in as root, but we don't have the root password. Obviously we want to change the root password and document it.
The only web interface username and password that we have is the maint user.
They are running Trixbox CE 1.4.17-1 RPM, Kernel Version 2.6.18-53.1.4.el5 (SMP) on a Dell Optiplex with a Celeron 430 CPU and 1g of memory (aside: I was told it was actually a Core2Duo and it had 4G of memory when I was first brought on board, so unless the Trixbox page is completely wrong, I can see why these guys went out of business).
They ar also running FreePBX 2.3.1.5 that is showing quite a few warnings such as default password used, etc.
Their Communications controller is a Digium, Inc. Wildcard TE405P quad-span T1/E1/J1 card 5.0V (only one port is being used).

There are some features that were promised but never delivered, like Outlook integration and Exchange 2007 integration. There are also some security concerns that need to be addressed. But generally they want to know that if something isn't working (like a phone) that there is someone they can call and get insant help.

If you are interested, please send me a private message with your contact information and company website so my client can get with you asap.

Thank you
