It's not really a job, more like a support contract.
I have a fully running Trix system, But it has been asked of me to have a fallback guy in case I get hit by a car or something brutal like that.
If it's another nearby sysadmin, maybe we could work out a "fail over" relationship (I'm a MCSE/Some Linux/Cisco Guy)
