announcement over hold music

Hi Gang
Simple thing I wanted to do
When a caller is on hold hearing my hold music I want to interrupt it with a advertizment
How can this be done

I thought about implementing this by loading it on a windows server and streaming it to the Trixbox but never got around to it. It is very cool cause it can play all your holiday announcements by a schedule you set in advance.
